These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LixFly, a subscription-based SaaS AI receptionist platform for businesses. By using LixFly, you agree to these Terms.

1. About LixFly

LixFly provides AI receptionist services, business call answering, lead capture, call logs, dashboard access, and related software features for businesses. Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use LixFly. If you are using LixFly on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of that business.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during signup and while using the service.

4. Subscription and Billing

LixFly is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Pricing, features, and usage limits depend on the subscription plan you choose. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until your subscription is canceled.

If a free trial is offered, paid billing begins only after successful upgrade to a paid plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of access to the service.

We aim to provide reliable access to LixFly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time as the platform evolves.

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of the business information and customer information processed through LixFly. We may process call-related and lead-related data as necessary to provide the service.

8. Privacy

LixFly may collect and process information such as account details, business information, call logs, lead details, and usage data in order to operate and improve the platform.

We may use third-party providers and infrastructure, including communications, hosting, database, and payment providers, to support delivery of the service.

9. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

LixFly and its software, branding, design, content, and related materials are owned by LixFly or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or use the service in a way that creates legal, operational, or security risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LixFly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages, including loss of revenue, leads, or data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
